Bean hummus

I love to experiment! This time I made hummus out of red beans! The preparation process is similar to chickpea hummus. Tastes amazing!
250 grams of uncooked red beans
5 tbsp of tahini
3 tbsp of lemon juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Soak beans for overnight. The next day, drain and put in clean water, cook until soft. Blend in food processor with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and some salt. Blend until smooth adding water where beans were cooked. Serve putting some whole beans and a little olive oil.
